no chorizo and chicken sandwich

This was an excellent grab and go sandwich from Marks & Spencer‘s, I got this when passing through a train station in London! So many great vegan options are appearing in the sandwich sections of UK supermarkets which is wonderful to see 🌱👏

This particular sandwich had an lovely flavour and I was really impressed with the chorizo that they used as well. The chicken was also really nice and it wasn’t dry or lacking in flavour. I wouldn’t change anything about this 🎉 #veganlunch #sandwich #plantkitchen

This must be new at M&S because the others have disappeared. I still prefer the #veganbacon sandwich however it’s good to see they are trying more options. Had it for lunch and it was nice. I could feel the “chicken “ sort of taste but not much of the #veganchorizo
