Made a (very rustic) pizza last night and topped it with this cheese grated. It was so good!
It also comes in slices, which are fab for toasties/sandwiches.

The remnants of the cheeze from our pizza🧀. Very enjoyable on a sandwich and a massive hit with our soon to be four year old👧. Hers was enjoyed with green olives and tomato pips (don't ask🤣).
This #plantbased alternative to mature cheddar cheese serves its purpose well.
It’s firm and grates well ir can be melted.
I usually by violife from my local shop but since M&S is right opposite my station exit, it’s sometimes convenient to shop there.
It’s good that they have a section devoted to plant-based foods, but odd to me that it focuses on meat impersonators rather than tofu, pulses and beans.
The alternative to cheese comes in a plastic container that is bigger than the 200g block. I can’t help wondering if that’s a marketing ploy to make it look like you’re getting more? 😼I wish they wrapped it in a more biodegradable material too.

This tasted really nice. I usually buy the Violife mature, but saw this. It had a nice cheesy taste and the texture was a little better than the Violife. I would definitely buy this again x #veganisnotscary #msplantkitchen #vegan
A really good cheese! Melts well, tastes nice and cheesy and the texture as it comes is also great. Not too fake tasting or overpowering with coconut oil like some vegan cheeses.
