Organic under the sea Mac ‘N Cheese

I saw @allhess review this product and due to her stellar review, I ordered it

immediately. It took a while to get in, but last night Jesse and I ate this and OMG! NEW FAV MAC AND CHEEZE!!! We were exclaiming how perfect it was! The pasta itself was brilliant. I think most packaged mac and cheezes are gf too, and this wasn't and it was just heavenly!!!! The flavour just spot-on. And the portion was huge! Filled both of us up and I also have left overs today. So glad I bought a second box. :)

Well I’m glad I didn’t wait to make this for a function… I would have

been scrambling to make something else .. most of the pasta broke apart so the cute shapes were just hunks .. maybe I should’ve stirred … I also added a little for more flavor .. I added so nutritional yeast .. I used Country Crock cream .. and Country Crock butter substitute.. I think that added a lot ..
