These are quite sharp & somewhat spicy. Haven’t fully checked out how well they melt, but the package claims that they do, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

this #vegancheese melts beautifully for #grilledcheese or #quesadillas. i would not call it 'fiery 🔥' but i was happy with the flavor and texture.
