I was really pleased to find a vegan and organic muffin at Più Bio's counter.
This one was enriched with bananas and dark chocolate chips. Soft and not too sweet, it's made with wheat flour, bananas, vanilla rice drink, cane sugar, sunflower oil, chocolate chips, dried coconut, baking powder.
