Spicy Black Bean & Kale Soup

Easy, delicious and wholesome! Would be excellent with some vegan corn bread! I had it with a side of garlic quinoa which was lovely!

A really tasty and convenient vegan soup to keep for a quick meal! It has 7 g of protein per serving (2 servings per container).

A lovely mid-winter lunch. The spice level is just enough and it was both filling and light. Loved this!

I enjoyed this soup. Had good flavor, didn’t find it very spicy could just taste it on the back end. I love black beans though, and I liked the chunks of carrots in it. I try to stay away from canned soups just due to the sodium but they come in handy for a quick/easy lunch.
