Hazelnut Cocoa Sandwich Biscuit

This biscuit is good, but a little dry. I like that it has 5g of

protein and 4g of fiber.

Not sure why, but I imagined that these sandwich biscuits were going to be soft.

They were crunchy and a bit dry.

The hazelnut flavor is nice and a great combo with the cocoa biscuit. Not too sweet.

These would be lovely with a hot coffee for dipping.

I got this in a subscription box. Iy was a little crushed in transit and

was near its best by date so maybe it's better than what I had. The cookie was good, the cream filling was pretty dry. Not sure I would choose this if I had other options available at the store. Made with sustainable palm oil, no mention of it being ethically sourced.
