This product is a wonderful supplement to a vegan diet, it's great for hair, skin and nails. I've noticed a visible difference in my skin texture and I've developed a dewy glow after using the product for a month. It's delicious and does what it says, my hair has become stronger and thicker.
I've only been trying it for a week so I can't say much about it's effectiveness but I think it's really cool to take your vitamins in gummy form. Really "motivating". I wish all supplements could be in gummies.
Can't attest yet to whether this has helped my hair but the gummies are so cute ❣️ and also yummy.
