Firm Tofu

This organic tofu is always decently priced and the blocks are quite large. I’ve been getting experimental with new recipes during the quarantine, so I used this tofu for vegan egg salad recently and it turned out amazing!! The texture was exactly like hard boiled eggs. Firm Tofu, something I cook up EVERY week. I change up the veggies and serve with rice or noodles. I always air fry my tofu to get it extra crispy!

Good firm tofu, great for tofu scramble or in dinner recipes 

Good tofu. Worked out great in a tofu scramble with some veggies. 

Great brand, this firm tofu does require some pressing to get the best result, but it it definitely worth it as the tofu comes out so good
