These are super convenient! I love making pita pockets at home, and these are really tasty.

Introducing one of my to-go meal prep ideas for both office and WFH. Taste wise is obviously not as good as those from the authentic Middle East food stores but hey you got the freedom to add whatever (weird) fillings that you like! 😂. Tried it with tofu scramble, hummus, falafel, mashed chickpea salad etc etc. The only complain that I have is that the pocket breaks easily when I tried to add the fillings in.. or maybe I was just too generous with them.
