this is my favorite miso for making soup with fresh ginger and green onions. it has a lot of flavor, but sadly only lasts just over two years past its expiration date 🤣🤣🤣 probably because it has more 'stuff' in it, including koji.
Great for asian sauces and other recipes, but watch the sodiumÂ
Is miso from esselunga, i can’t find the real brand.Â
Delicious as a broth for almost any soup. Also nice addition in vinaigrettesÂ
