These frozen wontons were convenient to cook and tasted pretty good. The wanton skin was silky smooth. The filling, comprising mostly soy protein and some vegetables, also had a nice umami flavour and wasn’t too dense. I used it to whip up a simple wonton soup with choy sum (a type of leafy vegetable) in 10 minutes. #wonton #singapore
