Carpaccio Style Slices

Wow another great deli “meat”! So good on a sandwich, the texture and taste are on point. This would also work well for a charcuterie board. 5$ for 10 slices is on the pricey side but it’s a nice splurge on occasion.

YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS. I ate all in one serving when I was going to use this for a flatbread. Guess I’ll have to get more 😅

Pretty good. I did not fine it had a great flavor though, I thought it needed more flavor.

The consistency is great and it tastes a lot like real deli meat. It’s even more enjoyable when warmed up. I don’t like the spices and herbs they used, they are too strong, so I prefer this brand’s prosciutto slices (which are probably the best vegan product I have tried this year). High in protein. Price was about $5 at Whole Foods.
