We made some peanut butter rice crispy balls with this big tub of Meridian crunchy peanut butter. These peanut butter balls are very simple to make, you only need three ingredients - maple syrup, rice crispies and peanut butter. We topped them with free-from Tesco's (vegan) dark and white chcoolate, and some nuts. We love this Meridian peanut butter, it has simple ingredients (only nuts!), doesn't contain palm oil, and its in giant jar- so it can last weeks! We bought it for just under 6 pounds in Asda. 🥜🌱💛

I have been eating Meridian peanut butter for years now. This large pot is fairly good value, rather than the small jars. It tastes delicious and the texture is perfect - not too thick, not too runny. The ingredients are 100% nuts, which is amazing cos most ready made things you buy have a long list of unhealthy ingredients. Also better for the environment than nut butters containing oil, of course! I sometimes add a bit of it to my porridge, but usually have it in a sandwich or on toast - on toast is best! Especially with banana! Nothing better than a mix of this with banana on toast! Or a pancake! Definitelyyy recommend 🙂
