The jams made by Menz & Gasser are all excellent. They are produced with 100g. of fruit for every 100g. of jam and sweetened with grape sugar.
I like them for the pieces of fruit they contain and the flavor that is never too sweet. Really good!

Ho trovato questo prodotto all’IperLando, ma non ricordo il prezzo.
Il gusto è dolciastro e un po’ acidulo, ricorda vagamente la composta di mirtilli.
Personalmente non mi ha fatta impazzire, non la riprenderò, però credo sia ottima nei dolci da forno tipo crostate o biscotti ripieni.
