Tofu al naturale in due panetti.
Sto imparando ad apprezzare (e a cucinare) il tofu sempre di più. È molto versatile e si presta bene in varie ricette. Lo utilizzo spesso nei ramen, ma anche a dadini nelle insalate, a fettine marinate e ripassate in padella, "strapazzato", ecc!

Tastes like a nature tour tastes... Not much 😅 but with the right marinade simply irresistible...

Die Packung enthält 2 Tofu-Blöcke, welche jeweils ca. 200g wiegen.
Gekostet hat er weniger als 2€.
Der Tofu hat sich nach dem Auspressen sehr gut weiterverarbeiten lassen, er ist nicht zu bröckelig, aber er ist auch nicht zu fest, um Marinaden etc. gut aufzunehmen.
