Good standard vermicelli noodles, great in broth/soup, also mix some veggies in and you got some nice noodles. :) Make you u remember the msg. 😂

#veganuary Sesame noodles with courgette and tofu. This was seriously awesome. It uses tahini, balsamic, and soya. It’s a Meera Sodha recipe with slight modifications. The vermicelli was perfect though you could use thicker noodles as well. Vermicelli is great because you can cook it ahead of time so that you can concentrate on the other elements of the meal and add the noodles at the end. #veganuary

Great instant noodles that couldn't be easier to prepare - just cover with boiling water for 3 mins, then they're ready to add to a soup, stir fry or salad. 🥣🍜🥗 The noodles also separate easily & cook through evenly (unlike some other brands I've tried).
Just two ingredients - rice & tapioca starch, and gluten free. Good value at ~£1.55 for a pack that contains 5 blocks. 👍
