This is a great organic plant based mylk for oatmeal, baking, and tea/coffee. It has a dash of cinnamon that gives it a unique and flavorful taste. It’s also packed with nutrition.

First time trying flax milk. I love the nutrition and the texture was creamy. Only rated it slightly lower because it had a slightly grassy taste similar to hemp milk. I think a flax and macadamia nut blend would be ideal for flavor

I'm not sure about this. I can't get the taste. In general, it's a mix of flaxseed milk and oatmilk. Not sweet, rich texture. I don't like it with coffee, but it's good for overnight oatmeal. Expensive and in a thick plastic bottle. won't buy again.
A consideration: I don't understand brands that push so much on environmental impact in their ads and on their packaging, and use all this plastic.

I don’t like the taste of this straight as in drinking a glass, but it is fine in cooking. Used it with pancakes and a chocolate cake and they tasted fine. It’s low in calories and fat and has 3 grams of protein.
