Just the right amount of thin. The cracker doesn’t fall apart like most. Also this
has really good flavor. I trust the Lundberg name & only buy organic rice.
These are decent, pretty much like your typical rice cake, only more pricey and thin
enough that if you're spreading something thick like peanut butter they might break... Still tasty as a snack, though

Like Avery thin rice cake, bland in its own but a great base for any
veggie toppings you want to add

The flavor is very simple but I think that is the way, since it is
recommended with something. I tried with hummus and very good, but you can spread on them whatever.
