Tofu con kombucha, marinato e prefritto. Buono, forse un filo asciutto ma potrebbe essere colpa

mia poiché mi è scappata la cottura. È saporito ma non troppo speziato. Gli ingredienti sono biologici. Ottima fonte di proteine 18g ma un po' ricco di sale, meglio non aggiungerlo. Buona soluzione per un secondo veloce, lo consiglio.

Who wouldn't love a delicious slab of tofu. Threw this one on the grill instead

of frying it. Although it became rather dry on the inside, the taste was quite like a spiced sausage and the texture was quite good. Definitely would recommend enjoying this with a sauce!

Ottimo sapore. Consistenza simile a quella del tofu (un po' più compatto e tende a

sbriciolarsi mentre lo si taglia).
