Salted Almond Extra Dark Chocolate

You can see the almond slivers that enhance the flavor profile beautifully. They give this wildly dark chocolate a sweet, rounded note. The salt is like: POW! In the sneakiest, best way possible! 😄 At times this chocolate reminds me of a sophisticated Snickers candy bar. I love the look of the bar itself as it’s separated into 20+ chocolate rectangles. #veganuary

Sea salt + almond ➡️ classic combo.
It’s a bit sweeter than what I normally like, but it’s a necessity to work with the saltiness🧂 The #chocolate itself is pretty rich and strikes a good balance of smoothness and crunch🍫, with some extra texture from the almond pieces.
I’m not fond of sugar alcohol, but erythritol seems to be less harmful than the others and the amount is small (applaud the company for putting the exact number in the label👏🏼). Also there’s hardly any trace of stevia taste, even though it’s listed😮‍💨

I love almonds and dark chocolate. They could skip the salt, in my opinion. But good, nonetheless.

Really tasty dark chocolate with almonds and a subtle salty flavor. Has some protein. Does not contain added sugars. The chocolate is only 80g and quite pricy. It’s not as salty as their sea salt dark chocolate.
