I usually buy the Trader Joe's brand but this is what they're selling now. It's just as good. I could easily eat tempeh everyday, I love the texture. I make bac'n with it a lot.

This is the first time I’ve used tempeh and I must have not cooked it properly! It didn’t taste well and I didn’t really like the texture. I’ve been plant based for almost two years and I feel confident with tofu, but tempeh is a new monster for sure!
Surprisingly, this is the first time I try tempeh (usually I just get super firm tofu/sprouted tofu). I made some marinated tempeh sandwiches and I love it! Can’t wait to experiment with it more 👍🏼
