potato leek soup

This is my all time favorite vegan company. All of their food is so healthy and easy to make. I have tried and loved a lot of their options. I highly recommend them especially if you need pre-prepped meal choices. This soup is one of my favorites of theirs.

Very undersalted for my taste so I added miso and was good to go. The soup has good flavor. I don’t love the texture of the once frozen cauliflower but that might just be me. Overall, yummy with addition of miso.
