This gluten free corn pasta is my all time favorite I’ve found so far! It seems really similar to wheat pasta. It cooks quickly, although the boiling water does get really cloudy from the noodles. So far I’ve had these noodles with red sauce, pesto, creamy Alfredo sauce, and just plain olive oil and they’ve been great all around.

Buoni sia la consistenza sia il sapore di questa #pasta senza glutine fatta con la farina di mais. Io la prendo per variare un po' i cereali e devo dire che mi ha soddisfatto molto.
Prezzo un po' più alto rispetto alla pasta di grano normale. Comunque la ricomprerò.

Superiori a qualsiasi altra pasta di mais, come formato è ottimo perché di attaccano poco rispetto agli altri.
Rimangono bene al dente e sono molto gustose.
Questa pasta è molto migliorata, ricordo che anni fa aveva una consistenza gommosa (che comunque non mi dispiaceva, ma così è molto più simile alla pasta di grano). Molto buona. Io l'ho cucinata con ragù di soia e il risultato è stato molto soddisfacente.
Il sapore rispetto a quelle classiche è ovviamente diverso, non è male ma mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso. Si cuociono in 6/7 minuti circa. Per una porzione abbondante vi consiglio due gomitoli. A me la pasta non piace molto e preferisco aggiungere più condimenti, per questo mi basta una sola porzione.
Prezzo un po' alto, come avviene solitamente per i prodotti senza glutine
