Kroger One-minute Quick Oats

Okay, I’m outing my breakfast. 😅 I have oatmeal pretty much every morning… Lately I’ve been adding coconut milk or whatever dairy-free non-oatmilk we have and some flax seeds (just ran out) and some protein powder.

What’s your basic go-to breakfast?

It’s oats and quick and it’s cheap. Throw some plant milk in and eat cold or hot.
