si sentono moltissimo, ma manca un qualcosa che vivacizzi il tutto #rifugiomiletta

this here tastes better than expected and saved me on a busy day with not

having time for a proper breakfast. contains only three ingredients: dates, tahini and oats. not as high in protein but it is more a energy bar than a protein bar anyway.
