Protein Shake

For convenience, you can’t go wrong with these protein shakes that have 18 grams of plant protein and 7 grams of fiber. This flavor, cacao bean, is one of my favorites. As always, I wish it weren’t in single use plastic. Which is why I rarely buy them.

This shake is great for a post-workout! Koia Proteins has many flavors, and my favorite has been the Chocolate Banana smoothie :)
