This protein drink tastes light and sweet, and has a strong vanilla bean flavor with

a distinct nutmeg spice. It is quite warming and comforting. One of my two favorite flavors of this brand.

One 12-fluid ounce bottle provides 190 calories from 7g of fat, 13g of carbohydrates (7g of fiber!), and 18g of protein. This is nutritionally an excellent plant-based shake.

These are available at ShopRite currently priced at $4.29, at Acme Markets for $4.49, at Whole Foods for $3.50 till July 4th, (regularly $4.39) and on sale at 7-eleven for 2 for $6 till June 28th.

nutritionally great but it just tastes like almond milk and protein powder. for me, it

tasted better when i accompanied it with something like toast. that way the vanilla bean flavor is more enhancing and even sweet. drinking it alone, the protein powder taste is a bit overwhelming.

This smoothie was great! I love how it's so low in sugar and that it

has protein. A lot of bottles smoothies have really high sugar content, so it's great to have this as a low sugar option.
