After being ill in the week I fancied a treat & brought this vegan GF
carrot cake from Asda. Was sweet and tasted lovely would get again 💕

This carrot cake tastes great and the cream cheese icing is delicious. The thing is
the cake is #glutenfree , great if you’re avoiding gluten but for those who aren’t, I’d say the texture is a bit grainy. Very convenient in that it can be taken out of the freezer 45min before serving. I would buy again but not as good as my local vegan cafe’s vegan carrot cake. #carrotcake #veganafternoontea

the most unhinged amount of icing but this carrot cake was lovely. only took an
hour to defrost, and made a great dessert. tastes just like the real thing! not sure i’d run to buy this at full price as it was a bit pricey but it’s on offer at the moment from co-op so definitely worth it!
