Almond Keto Protein Bar

Good tasting almond bar with sunflower seeds and cinnamon. It has an oily coating so I ate it carefully from the packaging to not get any oiliness on my fingers. A good item to keep in your bag to snack on.

With only 2g of protein, I'm not sure how this is a protein bar, but it's crunchy and tasty, packed with seeds and almonds. Will buy again for the taste and texture.

This was nice snack but 4,3grams of protein isn’t really ‘high protein’.
It was not sweet and had a soft chewy texture rather than crunchy.
