I made jackfruit tacos with this and it was delicious! Jackfruit is similar to tofu

in that it will take on the flavors that you put into it. So find a well liked recipe and get started 🤩 my friends and I loved it! I like that this brand is organic and isn’t crazy expensive. I believe it’s R45. When added to veggies, it made enough for 4 people

This is a great product and well priced. Also super versatile! I shredded it and

marinated overnight in a smoked paprika and tomato sauce. I pan fried it and then added it to my tacos with a bunch of other goodies. Yummy!!

This is the first time I've bought jackfruit in South Africa, only had it in

Thailand. I made pulled "pork" jackfruit burgers. It was interesting, a weird flavour but I'll definitely try it again.

It is quite possible that I have no idea how to prepare this... I didn't

like the taste of it in my curry. I won't buy it again, but I'll definitely buy a street vendor's version of pulled jackfruit burger or something 😄
