Sous vide egg bites

Yo, these Sous Vide Egg Bites are bombdiggity!! The "Inspired by Japan” egg bites consist of portobello mushrooms, sweet potatoes, toasted sesame seeds, soy, and furikake seasonings. They are incredibly rich, tender, and light. They remind me of bite-sized Vegan quiches. Sooo yummy! I'm running back to Fresh Thyme to grab more!! 💛

Egg bites with lots of herbs. Flavorful and tasty! Recommended👍🏼👍🏼 

i didn’t like the taste of this much on its own. it’s a lot better with cholula or tapatío. i heated it up in the microwave according to the directions. i’ve never had egg bites prior to this so i’m not sure what it’s supposed to taste like but i’m sure it would be crispier in the air fryer.

i don’t taste any of the mushroom or sweet potato it just looks and feels very processed. idkk wouldn’t buy it again

I just recently found this Just Egg product in the store and I’m glad I did. A quick go to because it heats up quickly in the microwave. Wish it had a few more veggies and spices added but otherwise a nice taste.

These are delicious snacks. They allowed me to get in on the egg bite craze without the eggs!
