Okay so this was my literal staple breakfast when traveling in the Netherlands. It’s essentially vegan chicken Mayo, and my goshhh it was divine! Such a brilliant concept - ready to go and absolutely delicious. We would always grab a little baguette or bread and just pile this stuff on.🤤
My absolute favorite vegan bread salad. The flavour is amazing, I'm convinced this is by no means healthy, but it's sooo good. It's not particularly spicy, it's more sweet, but I didn't mind. Everyone I've suggested it to loves it too. Must buy!
