This was about the only thing we could find at a local Columbus festival. Island
Noodles is always dependable to have a vegan option. The base is vegan and you can either order as is or add chicken. We obviously just stuck with the plain soba noodles. They had mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, peas, onion and their "secret sauce" mixed with their signature wok-fired soba noodles. They're really really high in sodium, so that's definitely one thing to be aware of. They were a little too salty for my personal preference but they're always a solid option.
