I bought this bag of Irresistibles Frozen Mango Chunks at Metro for the low price of $2.99 or $3.99. The regular price is $5.99 or $6.99.
I absolutely love mango, but these were not as flavourful as I had expected. Fresh mango is definitely superior in taste to these frozen mango chunks. When I think of other frozen fruit that I’ve had - like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries - these just don’t taste as great. They’re good, but not great. But I would still get them again if on sale. If I had to pay regular price, I’d buy other frozen fruit instead.
Mangos are loaded with vitamin C and other nutrients, according to https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/mango. According to the package, just one cup provides 57% of your daily recommended intake.Oddly, there’s no mention of vitamin B12, unlike George Costanza’s claim when he had mango.
Besides eating the mango chunks thawed. I also incorporate them in a little baking I did. In the last photo you can see a little piece of mango in my cookie bar.

I had SUCH an unreal #dinner tonight. Wow. So good.
It all ended with this delicious #dessert! It is just frozen #mango chunks put into the food processor until it turns into a sorbet. It was super #flavourful!
The main was this new Alfredo sauce I hadn't tried making before. I added miso to the recipe and it just took it to a new level! Here is the recipe:

I of course added mushrooms to mine lol Jesse said it was probably one of the best things I have ever made! I went to get more and he had put it away and said the rest was his! lol! I see that as a major compliment ahha
