Very good. Keep in mind that proper sauerkraut will taste different to the pasteurised German sauerkraut sold at most local grocery stores. People will prefer one or the other, but I prefer this. Works great on Fry's Braai Wors rolls, but I personally enjoy it just as much on it's own as a side dish. Bought two jars the first time and ended up buying another two the next day. Definitely will be getting more once they're finished. Thumbs up!

A delicious, tangy, crunchy sauerkraut, packed with probiotics. Naturally fermented, an excellent addition to any meal. Aids digestion and nutrient absorption.

This product wasn’t what I would call a typical sauerkraut. It had much more of a vinegar flavour than traditional sauerkrauts I have eaten. It was tasty enough and put in a baked potato with a little vegan butter was not bad at all. It was a little in the pricey side and in future I would just buy a bottle of German sauerkraut if I felt like some. It is obviously quite healthy as it has been fermented well. I wouldn’t buy it again.
