This has quickly become a staple in my daily routine! Made by a lovely young company from Hamburg, Germany this iron supplement teams up with vitamin c so that you’re fine simply taking it with water instead of having to rely on i.e. orange juice for that extra boost of vitamin c.
Contrary to (oftentimes non-vegan) stuff found at the drug store this doesn’t mess up my bowel movements - HUGE PLUS!
Finally found a perfect, all natural iron supplement. It only contains curryleaves, rose hip and flaxseedflower. And yet it still contains 14mg iron, which is perfect for me.
This Iron + Vit C capsules are well tolerated, without getting stomach or intestinal problems. They are made from curry leaf and rose hip and one capsule covers 100% the need of iron and Vit C.
