Panettone vegano classico

My first vegan panettone, the taste is pretty bland but it has a good texture. Would recommend but I am curious to try others next Christmas.

Cercavo il pandoro ma se lo sono arraffato tutti. Ho preso il panettone. Sembra un normale panettone, non mi fa impazzire però
