Vegan #shrimp by Happy ocean! Good vegan option, close in taste and texture. They were already marinated, so they just need a few minutes in the pan. I added a little bit of #whitewine and just served them like in the picture.

These are not the best shrymps, but also not the worst. The provencal marinade is quite nice, the shrymps have good texture, but are without the marinade tasteless. I don't know where, but there is 2,7g of salt in 100g, which is a lot. And they are really pricey, 150g for 6.99€. I don't think I will buy them again.
Honestly, the worst product I've had in a while! Damn :( They look so delicious, and also when you fry them, they have a good smell, fish-like, shrimp-like, but not too present either. Their taste is okay, too. But the consistency ruins it all. According to the instructions, you have to fry them on high heat for only a few minutes. I was looking forward to that "rubber-like" texture, but they were firm Oo It was like chewing on half-raw potatoes, ew. I could only eat a few. I'm sorry. I hope they'll improve the texture.
