Gluten free Digestive biscuits

I digestive sono naturalmente vegani e questi sono anche gluten free, ma rimangono strepitosi!! Ottimi anche come base per cheesecake

I’ve seen a number of Gullón reviews lately and finally had to give it a try. Safe to say I probably won’t ever be without a Gullón stash again.

These digestive biscuits aren’t my favourite from their range though and I’m not entirely sure if I would buy it again. They’re not bad taste wise (but the ingredients aren’t the greatest), but I like some of their other biscuits way more and would rather opt for them.
