Ich bin begeistert! Die Konsistenz ist fester, als bei einer herkömmlichen Weißwurst. Geschmacklich
steht sie dieser aber in nichts nach! Sehr lecker und auch sehr gut gewürzt!
Den hohen Protein und relativ geringe Fettgehalt empfinde ich auch als sehr angenehm!

This vegan white sausage is an absolute jackpot, it tastes absolutely fantastic and is super
easy to prepare. While it can be utilised to recreate a cruelty-free, moral version of the traditional Bavarian breakfast, using pretzel, mustard and alcohol-free wheat beat, I can also recommend it in a variety of other meals or just as a quick snack. In terms of nutrition the product is also very valuable containing a high ratio of unsaturated fatty acids and good amounts of protein. The only downside is the exaggerated price of over 3 euros per 200 grams, typical for many vegan product these days. All in all an absolute must try for all my cruelty free vegan friends.

I don't know what the actual meat product tastes like so couldn't compare, but enjoyed
the taste of this vegan sausage for what it is.
My husband tasted it though and was well impressed. He usually finds vegan meat quite intolerable 😂
So happy that I could also experience the taste of 'weißwurst'.
The only downside is that the sausages are actually quite small, they should at least make it the size of the normal ones.
