This is a simple mapo tofu dish that can be made by simply simmering it with tofu for 3 minutes. I added spring onions to bring out the flavor. It contains a lot of vegetable extracts, but the sauce didn't really suit my taste. I think adding mushrooms would add depth to the flavor, so I'll try that next time.
お豆腐と一緒に3分間煮込むだけで出来る簡単麻婆豆腐。ネギを入れて風味を出しました。たくさんの野菜エキスが入っていますが、ソースが私の口にはあまり合わなかった。きのこ類を入れると味に深みが出ると思うので、次回挑戦したいと思います。
