Marinated Mushrooms

i think they should have added a bit more white wine for better flavoring.  #MushroomMonday

This frozen product is convenient. The mushrooms are well seasoned. I microwaved mine, they were more water logged but not horrible. I imagine if you reheat them in a pan the results would be much better. Great for quick meal prep or a lazy microwave dinner.
(I sent B&G Foods, Inc. a message asking if the white wine used in their product is sustainable for vegans.)
