Harvest Protein Bowls

These come in at least three different flavors. The Italian one is pretty good, the eggplant just doesn’t do much for me. Unsure if it’s vegan or just vegetarian. Low in calories, but pretty good on protein!

The bowl is high in protein, iron, and is easy to prepare. It may be a little more expensive than other frozen vegetables but it’s a nice treat.
