Plant-Based Probiotic

I give this supplement to my daughters who have been responding to it quite well. 
They each get 1 capsule instead of the full daily dosage (3 capsules) at bedtime in order to avoid stomach upset and they always seem to have a bit more pep the following day.
I definitely notice a difference on the days when they didn't take the probiotic the night prior.
It is important to note they are both teens, 13+. I'm not sure if this supplement is suitable for younger children.

Definitely recommend probiotic to everyone, but this particular brand is Vegan and has 45 Billion active cultures...which is great!

Vegan probiotic for help your health digestion. Only downside is taking 3 capsules daily.
