Filetstückchen 'Italian Style'
They tasted delish... !
They are made from soy protein, and marinated in

sunflower and rapeseed oil, with basil, black pepper, garlic, thyme, oregano.

I fried them in a pan until they were crispy, and as a side dish I made a little tomato-onion-rice. 🍽

Bought: Germany, "Rewe" supermarket, 2,69 €

A yummy #fakemeat, really well seasoned. I used it to prepare a kind of “fajitas”

or as in Mexico we called it “alambre” mix of veggies and anytype of #veganmeat

The result was perfect in a big taco 🌮

I was totally pleasantly surprised. I don't really like the company that much out of

conviction, but the product is great 😋. Seared in the pan, the pieces of fillet taste like chicken and the consistency is similar to chicken - almost creepy 😱.

Il pollo non ha un sapore particolare quindi possiamo dire che ricordano il pollo. Curioso

che venga definito "italian style", comunque le spezie danno un buon sapore

Es gibt immer wieder Produkte, die sowohl von der Konsistenz als auch geschmacklich unglaublich und

irritierend nahe am Fleisch sind, ... dieses gehört definitiv dazu! Ich musste auf der Packung tatsächlich nochmal nachlesen, ob nicht doch Geflügel-Fleisch drin war. War natürlich nicht, ... sehr gut gewürzt, kann man empfehlen.
