This sounds odd but I'm kind of afraid of vegetables. I love to add some

of this into my rice because it blends in well and it actually has a rice texture. It's expensive though and I often don't eat it within the required time which leads to food waste. I wonder if this would work in a glass jar or something so that plastic wouldn't have to be used. Overall it's good.

I did not like this at all. I thought it would broadly remind rice (at

least with consistency) but it didn’t and I couldn’t force myself to finish it. The only ingredient is cauliflower so I should have probably expect it. However I know that cauliflower rice has many fans. I like the packaging & idea & nutrition though!

Didn't cook enough rice so was luckily able to chuck this in the microwave to

get an instant addition to my meal and I've got to say I was impressed
