Frylight butter

This is now my go to for light frying. Less than 1 calorie per spray, a little really goes a long way. The lecithin in it gives it a butter like texture which coats nicely. I’m definitely going to try the chilli and the garlic variants.

Surprisingly vegan, I thought the buttered flavor one wouldn't be vegan but actually is! Great for stir frying!

I don't use this as an oil replacement, as it's intended - its flavour is sooooo creamy and buttery that I stick it into anything I want to make creamy, rich and buttery-tasting. Divine, cruelty-free and stupidly low in fat/calories! #ditchdairy #ditchthedairy

Taste is really buttery! A good option to have in your cupboard for light frying. I often find it in discount supermarket at very competitive prices.
