Sweet corn

In a shared kitchen, corn wrapped like this keeps the refrigerator clean. Aldi's has great prices. More often than not, I don't mind schucking the corn myself. But since the kitchen is shared with so many other airbnb residents it makes sense short term to stay clean with this purchase of Aldi's wrapped corn. I like sweet corn as a snack or as a light meal. Let it boil in hot water for about 10 minutes,,. I just spread some vegan mayonnaise and sprinkle Tajin powder pepper, traditional Mexican style elote, simply delicious 🤤
