I’ve always used cornstarch as binder for my cakes but using this one takes your baking to the next level. It’s a mix of powders but it’s tapioca flour to do all the job. I usually colour it with a pinch of saffron or turmeric for giving the yellow colour that usually comes from real eggs, so sponges or biscuits have that yellowish colour we like so much. Not expensive, £2 and easy to find at Morrisons, H&B and Asda. Recommended!

My daughter uses this for home-baking.
A great way to produce vegan cakes.

This is the first egg replacer I've tried since flaxseed and water and banana and have not been disappointed. I have made a quiche and pancakes using the replacer and it has worked really well.

Well, this was very new for me. I usually do eat eggs, but my sister is allergic so I thought I would try this egg replacer I bumped Into! I used pure vegan spread for this cake as I don’t eat dairy so the cupcakes are completely vegan! It acted pretty much as egg norm ally does and the cake tastes good. Very moist and sweet, but the colour went a little darker than usual
